- As a reluctant recipient of surgery, Dr. Rachel Frank was the best surgeon one could hope for. She listened patiently to my questions and concerns. She followed up immediately afterwards as wel. Her staff was patient and prompt to all my injuries before and after the surgery.

Tim Plakon - Incredible team at CU Sports. Somehow I was able to book an appointment, receive a diagnosis, schedule an MRI, and receive treatment for a shoulder injury, all within 24 hrs. All due to their efforts in working around my short schedule. Dr Frank & PA Shinshenko were so accommodating and thorough. I am so satisfied with my experience and my shoulder feels great. Love the team at CU. They are the best!

Maureen Irgens - First time as a patient out of the HCA network. Wasnt sure what to expect. Was very pleased with the front office staff, back office, physicians and physician assistants and everyone else who gave care. Facility is new and impressive. PT and Imaging on site for ease. LOVE that patients can access ALL their own personal records through the UC Health app. Felt very confident in the skills of all who have taken care of me. Special thanks to Dr.. Frank, Kevin and all the residents. Great job everyone!
Christel Chavez - Dr. Rachel Frank answered email on Sunday, had me in her office Monday, and was able to fit me in Tuesday for surgery. Great staff, clean and modern facilities. They added pictures (X-rays) of during and after for my collarbone correction...
